The Wild Robot

Colors and dreamy landscapes. So, here’s the scoop: A quirky little robot named Roz crashes in this super scenic spot filled with crazy, cool rock formations. Some curious animals accidentally hit the “on” button, and voila! Roz is up and running, eager to befriend all the local wildlife and even learn their language.

But there’s a twist—the animals are totally freaked out by this metal newcomer. Things take a wild turn after a grumpy bear sends Roz tumbling over a cliff, where it lands in a nest of goose eggs—smashing them all except one. When that lone egg hatches, the baby goose thinks Roz is its mom.

Now, you’ve got this sweet situation where Roz has to figure out how to be a parent without any programming for such things! Lucky for Roz, Fink the fox steps up with some parenting pointers to get the little gosling ready for its first flight before migration kicks off. Of course, it’s not all smooth sailing—imagine trying to juggle being a robo-parent when the whole bird community isn’t exactly thrilled with it.

Just as you think you’ve got things figured out, bam—a bunch of other robots show up and mix everything into a heap of mischief!

The movie blends nature with futuristic vibes in ways you wouldn’t expect—with visuals that feel straight out of an art gallery rather than traditional animated films. Inspired by Peter Brown’s story about Rozzum 7134, it breaks away from regular animation styles using dreamy colors and artsy looks that’ll seriously catch your eye!
into the world of animation with a really warm and inviting vibe. But don’t be fooled by the coziness—Nature’s got its wild side too!

Meet Roz, our hero, who jumps into the story later on and somehow manages to create this perfect little paradise where animals all live in harmony. It’s like their very own utopia! Meanwhile, humans are kind of losing it in a future world filled with robots that can get pretty destructive—like setting trees on fire just because.

Roz’s adventure isn’t exactly smooth. The local wildlife isn’t all friendly and critters like raccoons? They really know how to get under his skin. But since Roz is programmed never to hurt anything, he finds clever ways to help out, becoming everyone’s favorite robot buddy while learning what it’s like to truly care for others.

You’ll find yourself cracking up during the funny bits or totally mesmerized by some stunning scenes. By the end, you might wish for more chill moments just soaking in the magic—those peaceful times really hit home… you kinda want them to stretch out even more!

For anyone who loved Wall-E, Roz has a fresh feel compared to that cute Pixar creation. Picture if EVE teamed up with that stretchable robot from Miyazaki’s *Castle in the Sky,* especially when Roz gets all tangled up in plants—it’s got that awesome vibe.

Oh, and animation fans will be thrilled because Chris Sanders is jumping back into action with something special!
Chris Sanders, the guy behind awesome movies like *Lilo & Stitch* and *How to Train Your Dragon*, is back at it with another adventure after working on *Call of the Wild*. This time, he’s teamed up with Dean DeBlois, who’s producing. Their new character is Rozzum, an adorable yet tough and caring robot that you’ll totally fall in love with. I’m pretty sure folks will be asking for sequels because who wouldn’t want more of this sweet robot on screen?
